I was in and out within 20 minutes with a new mattress. The sleepmatch's advice along with the help of the in-store staff made finding the correct mattress easy.

The salesman, Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable and was a great help in finding us what we wanted. Really helpful in finding us the mattress we needed and would definitely return to Dreams if purchasing another bed in the future. Would also highly recommend to friends and family

The sales assistant Zach was excellent.Not pushy( or my wife would,d have walked out) and very informative.He went through all the mattress options after we used the electronic test bed.We were offered tea,coffee or water of which l had the coffee which was very good.Cannot fault the service and we were going to go to Sussex beds locally to compare etc but we were so impressed we decided to purchase.
