We purchased a blow up bed but the tills were very busy so we had to wait but was offered a hot drink which was a nice touch.

The assistant Toni couldnt have been more helpful, offering us a drink on several occasions, showing us to our desired items, giving us pillows, & allowing us as much time as we needed to try the mattresses while keeping an eye on us & checking several times if we needed anymore assistance.

Nicolas was very helpful he explained all the different beds available. We were invited to use the sleep match system. Then we were shown all the beds that fitted our recommendations. At all times we were reassured that each bed had been sanitized. We were offered refreshments which was very thoughtful, we were shown the coolnax pillows and tried these. Excellent we purchased two. The service we received was exceptional would definitely recommend dreams.
