The shop assistant, Angela, was extremely helpful. Very friendly, but not pushy. Knew the range of products well and spent time understanding our needs. An excellent experience!

The COVID measures were clear when you entered the store We were greeted by Neriman when we entered who was friendly and asked us what we were looking for and took us through the options available starting with the Sleepmatch. She explained the process and came back promptly when the sleep match was completed. She went through the options provided and asked whether we preferred to be guided by her or look ourselves. We choose for her to guide us, she was helpful friendly and knowledgable. She offered us a drink and we had a cup of tea She made us feel comfortable with spending time on the beds and making sure we got comfortable with our choice Neriman took us through the order process and clearly explained the delivery, old bed disposal and pillow options, we appreciated the time she took with us in sorting out the delivery options Neriman was very helpful, pleasant and a credit to your company.
