Cliff was very knowledgeable regarding the products and helped us make a choice as we did not really know what we wanted.

Neriman spent a lot of time showing us mattresses and haydn with beds

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and took our budget into account. No hard sell.

Cliff and other staff member who initially spoke to us were very helpful understanding of our issues and knowledgeable. We didn’t feel rushed

the store salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy. we were pleased with the session.

we arrived at the Maidstone store and greeted by Hayden who was so helpful and polite we picked what mattress we wanted and then Hayden completed or order just waiting for delivery.

Greeted with a friendly face. No pressure selling. Took the sleep test and were shown possible mattresses. After we had chosen offered a refreshment whilst sorting the paperwork out. Haydn dealt with everything in a knowledgeable manner. We also spoke to other staff.

I didnt realise there was such a short window for special offers and had gone away to decide. upon my return to store to order, the offer has expired. The manager did all he could to get me the best deal available. i was initially disappointed I had not been told but he managed my disappointment very well and I made my order and was pleased with the fair response and customer service provided by the manager. I left very happy.
