I am highly satisfied of my experience because we visited the Ashford store first but found the stock was too limited for our needs. We decided to visit the Maidstone branch and found what we looking for however it wasn't what we thought it would be like. The salesman showed us some alternatives and we placed our order on a mattress we didn't think we would like.
