Staff member was very helpful and knowledgable, felt under no pressure to place an order and he ensured we made the correct decision with a combination of his knowledge and my opinions. Brilliant service.

Went to the store to see the Gladstone Headboard, previously seen on-line.. Spotted it within minutes of entering the store. The headboard was as good as seen on-line. Very pleased. The whole process of ordering and paying for the product was approximately 5 minutes. We were attended to by a nice young man called Zachary. Delivery was for three days later, which was perfect for us.

Covid measures in the store were very good, they also took the time to explain the mechanics of the sofa bed ,and really looked after my 3 yr old grandson, they gave him a balloon and biscuits and kept him entertained during my visit, they were extremely helpful and friendly. Product knowledge was really good and double checked everything with me.

We was in the store cow approx 2 hours, we weren’t rushed, pestered or felt in any way pressured. Everything was explained in terms we could understand with no pressure to make a decision.

I can not praise the staff highly enough. Brilliant. Helpful, organised, friendly, professional.

The sales assistant was very polite helpful and knowledgable. He was able to answer any questions I had and show where the beds were that suited my needs.

The guidance and knowledge of the assistant in helping me choose the best mattress for me. I did not feel rushed or pressured into buying. I entered the store not really knowing what I wanted or needed but left feeling really pleased and confident with my purchase.

Between me and my parents we made a couple if visits over the days leading up to placing our order. Each time the store was quite and there was staff on hand to answer our many questions. My parents had an initial conversation with Zach to get an idea on prices etc as I was working so at the weekend I went back to look at the products available myself and had an interaction with Cliff. We then left as had to check a few things re measurements etc and then returned on Monday to place our order. I did at that time feel a little awkward to be honest as Zach came over after recognising my mum and then Cliff had a word with him to one side and then took over the conversation that lead to ordering so I assume the staff work on a commission basis so I felt bad someone has missed out on a sale. My husband and I are separating and me and the children are going back to my parents which is why they made the initial visit to see what our options etc were but didn't want to order without me having a look etc
