Excellent knowledge from assistant Not pushy but helped guide us

Your colleague was helpful, knowledgeable of the product, I needed, friendly without going out, showed me all the options and when I made my choice he did not pressurise me into buying something else, maybe a bit more expensive, I would have left the shop if he had.

The salesperson was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He really helped us to make the best choices.

The layout of the shop was super, and everything had clear labels. Staff were always nearby to help or answer questions. I liked how things seemed Covid safe, plenty of spray and measures put into place. Staff were very friendly and approachable and I felt at ease.

Neriman, (sales assistant), was very helpful, she guided me to find the mattress most suitable for my requirements. She explained how dreams have changed the firmness of their products and why my old dreams mattress was a different type of firmness, as to what is available today. Neriman didn’t rush me and gave me appropriate time to make a decision.

Was not pushed or hurried at all very pleased with the service Toni the assistant was great !

I was particularly impressed with the mattress assessment technology and the knowledge of Cliff our sales assistant on all products and the choice the store had to offer.

Themi at Maidstone was very helpful in discussing our requirements and placing our order.

Themi assisted me and was helpful and friendly. Making an on line appointment beforehand meant that I had uninterrupted help for 1hour and could take my time in making my choices. After choosing my products the checking out process took longer than expected, but I believe that this was down to a slow response from the computer. The shop was clean and tidy and I felt Covid safe, all in all a pleasant experience.
