Dreams - Maidstone

I was told I can pick my bed vase up from swanley depot on sat which is the bank Holliday ?as we needed the base quick , so went straight from work at sittingbourne and rang the door bell for over half an hour with no answer , phoned your customer service to be told it's closed 😡 So I now have to wIt until thurs 31st for my base to be deliverd as I cannot pick up as working next week

No warm welcome, the store was completely empty but the sales assistants was infront of the computer without to give any effort to help me. When "i" approach the member of the team he direct me upstairs but he didnt offer any help, after few minites i had to ask him again to leave his desk and demostrate the bed for me. Very poor demonstration and knowledge. When he start processing the transaction he ask me a lot of questions to build my profile on the system and when i ask him to confirm the delivery day he said i have to pay first *which tottally unexeptable, when i complaint his collegue step up and show him how to find the date but again he didnt apologise! Overall experience very poor considering was no customers, very unfriendly staff and they didnt ask me neither 1 question what im looking for and give me alternative options. Its shame cause im very satisfied with your products but someone need to keep an eye in Maidstone branch.

Advisor not able to give me dimensions and did not help me measure. Advisor gave me an approximate dimension. Bed ordered is now too big for room. Found details on rival website but had already ordered by phone but still not able to give me a refund for order. Goods are not received so not used
