The misleading price Dreams Tempur produces are with the price and items when you buy similar produces Tempur mattress made by Tempur and Dreams mattress manufactured by Tempur. When you by a Tempur mattress from Tempur you also get free of charge.... 2 Pillows of your choice... 1 Tempur fit duvet.... and 1 Mattress Protector, all these items you have to pay for at Dreams...... Why ????

Quoted one price online but when we got to the showroom we were told that it was more expensive. Order and payment were messed up and had to be redone when I showed the assistant price online from my phone. Even after all the discussions,there is still a discrepancy on my invoice. It shows an outstanding balance when I should be in credit When I asked just before paying about delivery, I was told that I will get a delivery date upon placing the order, only to be told after payment was made that it would take 6 weeks!

Problems with delivery agency staff not really bothered bed delivered on Monday could not use until Friday parts missing need I go on.

I found the sales advisor very pushy and this led to me not trusting him. He refused to accept that we did not want to buy insurance. I had to repeatedly say no until I got quite annoyed but I stayed because I liked the product. He did not leave us to look around patiently in our own time to look at the products. I repeatedly explained that we would ask when we needed advice. On the plus side he did understand the products, but was far too critical of other suppliers when questioned. Seemed keen to lead us to own brand products and dismissed sealy product? I did not trust the sales advisor and he made me feel very uncomfortable. We were keen to secure the product and I have been left feeling like I may have been ripped off, ie paying over the odds. We attended dreams during an up to half price weekend but feel I have paid quite a premium price. i just hope the product is satisfactory when we take delivery. Second rate customer service, no empathy, feeling like I've been dealt with by a used car salesman.

Tried to charge me 19.99 delivery, when I questioned it as online and over the phone it is free...the manager was quite rude & seemed reluctant to waver the delivery cost.

Product was delivered damaged and now have to wait some time before we can receive a replacement.

Placed order and paid in store .went 50mile round trip to collect from warehouse only to find it was shut.rang store to not get an apology all I got was well the system said it was open. So I asked for a refund and after two weeks and many phone calls finaly got one but STILL NO APOLOGY. IF YOU COULD REPLY AND APOLOGIES FOR FOR MY EXPERIENCE I WILL NOT SHARE WITH SOCIAL MEDIA.
