Adrian, the sales advisor, allowed me time to ensure that I chose the right bed for me. He explained the differences between composition of mattresses which helped my choice. It was unhurried and without pressure to make a quick decision.

Clifton who served us was extremely knowledgeable about all we needed, and put our minds at rest on several queries involving our health concerns, and what was best in our circumstances. He spent plenty of time with us and explained everything we needed to know in detail, giving us a feeling of confidence in what we had chosen.

We went into the shop and were approached by a sales person who asked how he could help. Next minute we were on your sleep bed working out if we needed a firm or a moderate mattress.

The sales person who actually took us under his wing was amazing nothing he couldn’t do for us, as all the staff were excellent.

Cliff in your Maidstone branch was absolutely amazing. His knowledge was out of this world, made us feel really comfortable in store.

The assistant who helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable and showed me options in my budget. Products were in stock and the order didn’t take long to process. I was offered refreshment while the order was being processed. I was very impressed with the delivery time.

As I entered the store I was greeted. The salesman ask if he could help, I told him what I was look for he took me straight to the item, showed me how it worked, the other colour it came in. Offered me a drink, was very helpful and considerate.
