To be fair I haven't shopped for a bed for over ten years so it was the price that stopped me from rating the store highly satisfied. I was shopping for a bed for a teenager and came away with a receipt for over £1,000 - ouch!

Find the product placement and labelling in store confusing. Needs to be clearer between different types of mattresses.

we were very happy with the member of staff who was very experienced and his was very knowledge about the beds you had in your store but when we did the order and we asked about having 2 matters protector he said he could not do this we spent a lot of money and I just feel he could of offered some thing so now we will have to spend more money on getting one later

Some items out of stock. Was in store too long for a simple purchase. New chap on desk I felt needed more training before being let loose on the computer. Not his fault, had to keep jumping back / forward on page. Over complicated, computer was in charge, not the salesperson.

Online was told about getting free bits but when going to purchase they were not there and going in the shop only one member of staff so didn't see any one. So went back another day and there was more staff

Initial handling with Zachary was very good but when I went back to confirm my order the salesman was not very helpful, got the order details wrong which meany that I had to return to the store to sort it out (even then 2nd phone number is wrong on order form that was emailed).

Mattress discount of 20% could only be obtained by buying a base I do not need and now have to dispose of.
