prices of beds and mattresses not adequately quoted on printed data. eventual price quoted didn't exactly match written price on each mattress.

I was charged for assembly of bed which was an additional £40 on top of the £39 that I had already paid for room of choice delivery only to be told by the men who assembled bed that it is free for TV bed so when I rang the Maidstone store and spoke to Barret (salesman) he said they were lying I then rang cux service and they said it is free I have now have been charged £40 for something I didn't need I am very unhappy with this!!

Never award or expect the highest rating. A long lead time to delivery. Card machine hard wired to opposite end of sales desk. Overall good experience, Guy was helpful and knowledgable.

The product we bought was a boxed self assembly bed frame. I would have liked to have seen an assembled example in the flesh.

No issue with dreams or staff but there was a significant delay in processing the credit application with creation, this seems to have been due to the fact that I already had credit with them and the system wouldn't accept the customer number the staff were told to use. It took a phone call and a significant amount of time for the situation to be resolved.

Found the bed I required and the assistant was very helpful and quick to take the order and proceed with the payment. I was surprised that I had to pay delivery charge as I was sure that when I viewed the product on line it said "free delivery" I did check when I got home and sure enough it had to be booked on line to qualify for this deal. I wish I had waited until I was home before ordering because not only would I have saved myself £40 I could have chosen a quicker delivery date. Margaret Burton
