Dreams - Maidstone

I HAD JUST SPENT OVER £2,000 and was amazed I was charged an extra £39.00 delivery charge not happy at all as this was never stated to me upon my purchase

Me and my husband needed a new bed asap, so we went to the closest Dreams and luckily it was Black Friday deals as the bed shopping was unaccepted, so very happy for the available prices.

i just never give that score as there is always something that could have been done to enhance but we were very pleased with our visit and placed an order.

staff kept coming up a and asking if ok, not left alone

I was very satisfied with my visit to the dreams store I think the layout of the store could be improved.

Nothing is perfect and there is always room for improvement. I have a young child and not always easy to shop and keep entertained in a bed store. Maybe a small play area to keep them occupied. Overall good experience

I expected the service we received as we have used dream before and been very satisfiled, the sales person ,Cliff no 5 was excellent so it was only up to its normal very high standard and no surprise.

I was not told before purchasing that there was a delivery charge. I asked if i could call the bed forward if we finished decorating as we did not know if the walls could be purchased and was told yes but was not told that there would be a price to pay. I was asked if i would be interested in some bed pillows or other bed things as they were at a reduced price but they did not have any in the shop

Tried to order Kendall double mattress for our son, who had sourced this as his prefered, but when told that delivery was to be 5 to 6 weeks after taking my money, I was not impressed, so tried to cancel. Cliff then spoke with his 'manager' who decided to give us a Wakefield mattress for the same price, it was delivered today 8 days after ordering and our son is delighted, so well done Dreams.
