The asssitant did not know that you could have doorstep delivery I only knew because I have purchased a simular item two months ago a single does not warrent set up for most normal men so theerefor doorstep should be offered

Service met the standard I would expect the store to meet but not exceptional. Store too hot for comfortable trying of beds. Disappointed on the lead in time for the mattress.

Would have liked more discount. But over all happy

The visit exceeded our expectations however written confirmation of our order were not emailed as advised. This was followed up today and was sent through but still showing incorrect personal details despite highlighting this at the time of purchase. We were assured this would be rectified once the system reset itself in 15 minutes and there was no need for us to wait around. The pillows we ordered were due to arrive within days. These have not been received and we still don't know whether this has been looked in to despite asking as the store's focus was on the order

i was not asked if i wanted to pay on finance which would have been the better option for me it would have been nice to take advantage of your 0%finance.

It was just a bit more than I had hoped to pay but good quality service all the same.

Delay in getting order to us (4 weeks)

I have previously purchased a memory foam mattress from yourselves but it caused pain in my back (which I do not suffer from) so was hesitant in purchasing one for my 5 year old daughters next bed as she is still growing, felt pushed into buying the memory foam mattress for her rather than a coiled foam mattress, will see hire she gets on but felt very pressured into getting the memory foam which I have ordered and paid for

a bit more professionalism and more forth coming assistance would have increased my score to highly satisfied.
