On your website, you advertised a Silentnight Brampton bed. When I visited the store, there was no such bed to try out and 2 employees had never heard of the product. I was therefore unable to make the selection I had intended

Thought prices for delivery were quite high and price quoted to take away old mattress ridiculous

I was disappointed at the cost of delivery, building your bed and the 'hassle free' collection of your old bed. These should be free considering the amount you spend on your product.

Everybody needs something to work to if given top marks straight away people tend to think they can relax!

Because after returning home I found out that if I had placed the order online I could have saved £39 delivery charge. This was not mentioned to me in store.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable

Prices are always much higher than online prices. The only reason I came to Dreams was due to lengthy delays with ordering an online alternative (£200 cheaper!) As it was, it will still be 4-6 weeks for you to deliver our bed. I find it bemusing that it can take so long to deliver something!

I was satisfied. The sales guy knew his stuff and was polite. I find shopping dull I could only ever be satisfied.

The assistant was help ful and help me pick alternative due to needing a delivery sooner
