The lady who served us seemed rushed and didnt seem confident in her job role.

I was initially overwhelmed and confused by the range of choices available!

The service was excellent. The issue was with the IT systems when placing the order. Their was a problem with, I think, the credit providers system which meant we were waiting a lot longer than we should for this to be sorted. The staff resolved it as quickly as they could but a number of customers were having the same problem.

After walking around store we was approached by Laura offering help to pick our beds. She was very helpful and knowledgeable making the experience of choosing easy.

Very satisfied with the assistance given by Neriman to help understand which type of mattress would suit our requirements. Very polite & professional. I was happy with the product we purchased, Price could always be better :-) My only slight disappointment was product lead time. The items were ordered on 15/8/16 & delivery is due 15/9/16 so approx 1 month. Obviously a lead time on this type of product was to be expected however I thought it would be more in the region of 7-10 days from order. On a side note, Great cup of coffee in branch! :-) Regards

Having different brands in the store each reported and sold as the best why do you need to sell them all as being a customer we feel as if we are targetted just for our money

The assistant in store was great she knew all about the items that I spoke about. My only concern is the amount of time of delivery of the goods for which I have paid over ten percent of the price of the bed. If the goods had been local I would have collected them myself for a lot less personal cost.

The only negative thing I have to say is that even with discounts the mattress' were a lot more expensive than I thought they would be.
