Forgot to put out disabled badge and was issued a ticket, I was told to copy the badge and to dissupt it. Not sure why a parking firm are needed in a private car park.

too long await for delivery

We actually wanted a white headboard but had to settle for a silver/grey, however the assistant was very helpful in offering us this alternative.

Could not find products seen on the website. Salesman seemed unimpressed with me when I chose not to purchase the optional guarantee.

The service was brilliant but we did get a tad board with the science behind the sell and the up selling was not made clear we were giving the impression the temper pillows were included in the price of bed but were then charged but sneeky we would have bought them but thought they were included

We had received very satisfying service while shopping . Very happy product we bought

After leaving the store I realised I could have had free delivery by placing the order on line.

I was satisfied overall, lovely customer service, lovely products, just a little on the expensive side but having bought from Dreams before I know the bed will last.

The service I received was as I expected from a store selling the product I required.
