We had 2 separate visits to store and were helped by Richard and Charles - both were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful

Could have been more choice available in the lower price range. Not everyone wants to spend thousands on a mattress.

Angela was extremely attentive and helpful while we were in store

Getting in and out of the car park was poor inside the stores was more than satisfactory

Difficult to understand the layout of the items, they didn't seem to follow a logical sequence

the services was fine, but delivery dates could have been a little sooner and the price could be better

Very close to Highly Satisfied - but the bed we were looking at was larger than the one we were talking about and priced (although underneath it did say so) - The assistant then showed us a bed of the right size so we could compare.

Had to apply for a finance deal twice due to wrong address being input

staff very helpful. Cannot comment on the quality of the product until it has been delivered and we have used it.
