Overall very good the only thing was the limited amount of stock on show and the delivery time is quite long.

Cliff at the maidstone branch was very knowledge and helpful; however he was working alone in the evening and there were 3 or 4 people he was trying to attend too.

Would have liked delivery sooner

Crikey lol put in satisfied and now have to justify my score... Have never bought mattress before and was satisfied with most things and highly satisfied with the sales assistant and his advice. Maybe when I buy again I can give a highly satisfied score, but I won't give an oustanding score with nothing to compare it against...if that is ok

Overall cost of the product we want. Customer service was excellent.

Having seen some negative reports it is obvious that staff training had been successful in ensuring staff did not pester customers.However staff need be updated concerning the guarantee structure and the different fillings in the mattresses.Fortunately these subjects were satisfactorily explained by the manager.

I thought the service was very good while in the store, I had no problems. staff was very useful, I was highly satisfied overall with the service.
