I went to the store following adverts on tv hoping there would be more on sale items but in the end most mattresses weren't in the sale. Also I understand you give discounts to the military but not to Kent police employees. This was a little disappointing for me.

I didn't think there was a wide variety on price. I was steered to the more expensive section. Website mattress I couldn't find in store

I think that 'satisfied' zips the right word. Highly satisfied would be over the top.

In general we were satisfied. Assistant did have to go away and check a few details but we would rather she had done that than got things wrong.

I am highly statisfied with the experience at the shop however we haven't received our mattress yet so I would want to have the full dreams experience before I rate highly statisfied.

I thought that a new mattress would be about £100! I hadn't bought one for 40 years and was being bullied into buying a new one by my daughter. Doesn't Gerken keep goal for Ipswich Town ? Greetings !KPF

I was expecting more of a range of frames in store. It would also have been helpful for there to be a member of staff present on the first floor

I made two visits. There were only two staff available and on my second visit I had to ask one if them to put down her mobile. I was told we would get a call on the day if delivery giving us a two hour slot. We had a call before 8am on the day to say the van was outside.
