The gentleman Cliff was very knowledgeable of the products in Dreams, however he also bad mouthed other shops products.

I Received a delivery time of between 15.15 and 17.15 which was fine and as i couldn't be there i arranged for my mum to be there. I received a call at around 14.00 from the delivery driver who was at my house but i missed the call because i was unavailable. So the delivery driver obviously left. I called customer services numerous times and was told by three different people that my delivery would be delivered that day. Firstly that it would still be in the 15.15 - 17.15 time slot. My mum also called and was told a different person that in fact the driver had finished at 15.00 and that my mattress was in the warehouse and someone would call me tomorrow. I then called again and we told that the delivery had been rescheduled for the last stop and would still be there that day just a bit late. My Mum waited until i got home at 7.30 and there was still no delivery. I did get a call in the morning and received my delivery 11 am the day after i should have. I think you will agree that this is very poor customer service. Why sent an e-mail and text will a time slot when the deliver driver finishes before that slot!!! You should review your systems to improve your service.

Although very knowledgeable and polite and nice, the sales person took a long time explaining everything to us, when we had already made it clear we were going to buy the mattress.

Wouldn't know the availability of all items. Hadn't compared prices for the items we purchased, so unsure whether this was good value for money. Spent a long time trying to get the order through, although this was no fault of the Salesman helping us.

Clifton had a good knowledge of the products in store, he guided us to a product we would not have thought of but will be right for our needs. We are looking forward to our new sleep experience.

very small choice on the type of bed we were looking for, mainly the choice was of divans which we did not want, only a couple of beds other than divans

Overall the service was very good and Maria was very helpful on all the occasions we visited the store. Just disappointed that the price had gone back up in the few days in between visits and we were not aware of this in terms of the sales going on. So we were buying the bed on the basis of one price and when we came to pay it was a higher price and unfortunately nothing could be done.
