The service and knowledge of the sales person could not be faulted he was incredible professional and helpful. My frustration is with the delivery add ons. I needed a Pm delivery yet for this there was a £24 charge.

We have not received the items yet so it is impossible to know if we will be highly satisfied. John.

The bed I ordered has a 6 weeks delivery time due to availability however at the start of the ordering process the sales assistant said it would be within 10 days

Who likes shopping!

I have never purchased a mattress before and this is the first time I have any experience so it is hard for me to say I was highly satisfied as I have nothing to compare it to. Also, I would only ever say that I’m highly satisfied with the shopping experience if something out of the ordinary happened during my shopping experience that will make me remember it specifically for a long time.

Our issue has yet been dealt with fully, we rushed and brought the bed at a discounted price as we were advised the sale was ending that evening. I then was showing a friend the bed online and noticed the bed was another £100 cheaper, we have been advised we will be receiving the £100 back as a refund, which is great we are just yet to have this finalized.

My daughter was picking a mattress, and was focussing on the Tempur range, not suitable or in the right price range for a nine year old and not looking properly at anything else. ZArvi immediately took charge of the situation, explained why Tempur would not suit her and made a fuss of finding the right mattress, asking her lots of questions and explaining the different products.

Just standard service from beginning to end

Because there is always room for improvement.
