Time will tell once we have slept on our new mattress for a few weeks

The only thing that could have been better was a faster delivery time. Neriman persuaded me to complete the transaction with mainly her friendly can-do attitude and a couple of pillows! Neriman is a credit to your company, her personality and professionalism are great assets to Dreams, as well as herself. Thank you :)

It was not the visit or the colleague that helped us (she was fantastic and very patient!). I’m unable to rate the satisfaction and value as I haven’t yet tried the mattress at home to sleep on. Only time will tell yet for the cost I’m hoping it will be highly satisfied! In terms of the delivery, recycling option and free pillows this feels like some value ...but a £2000 order you kind of expect to ave a few freebies thrown in.

Generally a positive experience. Zac was really helpful. A bit disappointing that the product that we were looking at seemed to be the only item in the store that was not in the sale! Zac tried really hard to provide a discount.

I was disappointed that that I did not get £250 off my purchase when quite a few offered this.

The removal of our old mattress wasn’t discussed at the point of sale, when I phoned store to get this added I was told the delivery date would need to be changed, and had already arranged everything to be at home for the original date, so wasn’t happy that I now need to make alternative arrangements to dispose of a large bulky mattress.
