Thought the choice of middle cost mattresses was limited still had the signs up for 50% off although none of the beds or mattresses 50% off.

We were very satisfied but there is always a chance to improve somewhere so although not highly satisfied I was very pleased with staff and knowledge of product

Wait time was too long for the colour bed that we really wanted, so made do with beige

Not enough selection of ottaman style beds in price and colour that I wanted

I had no problem with the store or the service received, just did not have knowledge of the store layout so buying three beds with different specifications meant a lot of running around the store. No problem though. Staff were very patient as we also brought our 2 children with us.

We were highly satisfied in the end, but we had to go through the process of changing our minds about the type of product we needed. We changed our target product from a combi mattress to a Tempur mattress. We were told that this was 1970’s technology. I hope that this was the right decision.
