I would have prefered a better bargain for buying a bed Plus mattress. As a result I only bought the mattress. However, Ollie who served me at the Maidstone Branch, made sure I understood the differences in the mattress types.

Only that my purchase has a 9 week lead time until it arrives. Other than that, my experience was great. Ollie, the customer assistant, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me with all my queries, knew his mattresses, offered me drinks and was very open and professional to liaise with.

There was some discrepancy about the price of the product as it was different on the price in store and online. But the salesman Themi eventually sorted the problem with the help of the manager.

1200 pounds for a bed and I have to wait 7 weeks for it ?
