The store wasn't that busy and I spoke to a member of staff, she was so friendly, polite and very helpful! Showed me where the items I was interested in and then left me to test out some options. After spotting a display model on offer, she helped me through the purchase, another colleague was at the desk, they offered me a drink, we had a conversation and they gave me a great deal, wrapped the mattress for me and helped me to the car...I was so impressed with the service I got, I would definitely recommend that branch, polite, friendly and non pushy sales staff makes the experience so much better, I had a great night's sleep and will be going back at the end of this month to buy a sofa bed, thank you

After visiting other bed stores and being left confused and uneducated, we came into Dreams in Maidstone and was welcomed by a lovely young lady who took care of us from that moment. She delivered fantastic customer service and made our decision super easy! Thank you so much for your help!

The sales assistant, Toni, was very knowledegable about the products she showed me and gave me at least 5 beds to try out after the initial assessment on the really cool assessment bed! Toni made sure I understood about the payment process and the protection plan that was available. She was friendly and very personable as were the other young men working there by offering to carry the mattress cover to the car for me. I had a particularly good experience. I have found buying a bed quite difficult as to how firm the bed is going to be, but not this time!
