The lady who served and help us listened to our needs and requirements and knew exactly what to suggest for us. She was really patient when we was trying to decide on what tempur mattress to purchase and helped us with product knowledge. The whole team made us feel really welcome and even made us tea and coffee whilst we browsed their selection and made our choices. The shop was even nicely presented and we felt comfortable enough to try the beds out and lift the beds up to look at storage etc.

Guy was very helpful from the start, offered me a tea and my fiancé a coffe a small touch made a big difference.

I felt that even though we were only thinking of buying a new mattress the salesman explained things that we did not know, his advice and knowledge helped us to make our decision quickly, I will in the future visit the store when looking to purchase further items

Overall a pleasant experience. Enough products to try, friendly knowledgeable staff and a convenient location.

The assistant (Guy) was very helpful, offered us refreshments but also gave us time to browse and discuss on our own. The mattress purchased was in the sale (always a good feeling). Delivery was offered within a couple of days.

There were two assistants who helped me - they went out of their way to ensure that I got a speedy delivery and made recommendations on products. It is so nice to be able to comment on good customer service
