Cliff, the gentleman that served us was very helpful and had a very calm and pleasant manner, his knowledge of all the products was impressive as was his knowledge of how they can correct certain back problems etc. Above all he was not pushy, which was refreshing and also reassuring. all the other members of staff we encountered were also very pleasant and welcoming.

From the moment we entered the store we were welcomed by an extremely friendly and knowledgement Angela. Virtually all of our customer experience was down to this lady and her non-pressured approach to the sale. Having said that I went in with a budget of £800 and spent £2700 so there must be something I missed inbetween! I work in a sales environment and would employ Angela without hesitation. The rest of the staff were very friendly, the store was clean. I must say, where Angela could do with training is on her skills with making coffee! A great customer experience and will not hesitate shopping here again or recommending to friends and colleagues.

My wife and I were shown the different products on sale and the price ranges suited to our budget. The assistant was intentive and listened to what we were looking for giving sound advice to aid our final decision. Order date wad good as offered a weekend delivery date which fits into our busy work life.

The process was simple without pressurised sales techniques. Price was also good.

we was greeted on arrival to the store but didn't feel as though were pushed with pushy salesmanship, the man simply asked what we were looking for and pointed us to the right area of the store, we he noticed us discussing a product he was happily enough to help,, the other staff there aswell were also very friendly and we were offered refreshments while our order was going through, we were overall very happy with our experience at dreams and left with smiles on our faces
