me and my partner came into dreams to see what offers you had on as we wanted to buy a bed. one of your colleagues approached us and asked if we was looking for anything in particular which we were interested in the Lucia bed, we had seen on-line it was in the sale. Cliff was very helpful and friendly he gave us loads of advice on what to buy and what to get he had excellent product knowledge to which we were very satisfied with his customer service and bought the bed and products he offered us.

I have worked in sales for a long time and one of my 'bug bares' is walking into a shop and being pounced on by staff trying to sell me something, I haven't actually bought anything from a store for years for this reason! This didn't happen in dreams. We were approached at first and given a leaflet explaining the different bed that were easily colour coded and allowed to look for ourselves. We had a long conversation with Cliff in the maidstone branch and he was extremely knowledgable and helpful in explaining the different mattresses and what would be best for our needs. We left at first as initially we were only looking to buy new pillows, however 2 hours later we went back after I saw a mattress in the sale on the website, and I specifically asked for Cliff again. Cliff did a spine test on the mattress we were interested in and explained all the benefits of the bed! He knew our budget and worked as best as he could to help us within our budget! After only looking for pilliows, we left with a new bed, duvan base with 4 drawes, 2 expensive, but amazing pilliows, a bed sheet and mattress topper and a 10 year guarantee! I would send a friend there in a heartbeat!
