Barrett greeted us as soon as we went into the store he had reconized me from the last time I went in and purchased my temper mattress but this time I was with my mum and she wanted a new mattress and a bed he was really helpful and showed us lots of different options that would be suitable for my mum as she has a disability I felt we had his full attention throughout but was not pushy I will definitely be recommending the Maidstore store to my friends and family

was able to shop with out being pestered or presured when we needed help the lady was lovely. Did not buy the first day we went in but returned the next day to find the same lady and level of service ( was even offered tea and coffee). we had visited a number of shops selling beds, yours was the best by far well done

Really pleased with the product but we felt the service we recorded from the sales assistant was first class, not pushy but really helpful at the same time.

Knowledgable staff, richard was a great help to my mum, found exactly what she wanted and even got a cup of tea.

We walked straight into the store to buy a mattress and a man named Guy asked us if we knew what we were looking for and of we needed any help and offered us a cup of tea whilst we were looking. Guy was very helpful, informative, polite but also genuine and not pushy. Thanks for making it all so efficient for us.

From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with a "good afternoon", we had just the right of time to look around until the salesman ( who was fab- can not remember his name) came along to help he explained the firmness of mattresses, and point out which ones would suit our needs. We tried a few and once decided, the salesman explained the 40 night guarantee which sealed the deal, he was extremely helpful and arrange the delivery for us on a sat which was the most convenient time for us. The delivery guys were also great and very friendly

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and remembered me from my previous visit 2 weeks before. I had found the ideal bed in a different store and the sales assistant knew exactly which one it was through my description.
