the store was very clean and light. and our sales assistant was very friendly and very helpful, and talked us through the different options. he helped us to fine the right mattress for us.

The lady that servers us was very polite and friendly, she was able to take us straight to the product we requested and showed us the alternatives. We were offered a hot or cold drink during our visit. The balance of service and attentiveness was well met.

Easy to understand the different types of mattress with the new colour coded system. The assistant was very friendly and helpful.

Baret the salesman said hello as we entered then left us to browse, then came back after a few minutes when he saw we had found an item we wanted. If he had of been pushy or in our face we would have left. He explained clearly without jargon how the TV bed worked etc. he left us to think about it and then returned to check if we wanted tea or coffee. I felt he had the perfect balance of customs care and giving us the space we needed to check the product was correct for us. I have walked out of stores in the past if I feel I am being pressured while looking and this was not the case in dreams. He certainly helped secure the 1800 pound sale but in an intelligent way. Well done.

Cliff was very knowledgeable about the products we purchased and explained everything in a concise and understandable manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.

THE GIRL WAS VERY POLITE AND CONSIDERATE. WAS VERY PERSISTENT IN GETTING THE DELIVERY TIME SLOT WE NEEDED.

Despite store going through a refit there were plenty of beds and mattresses to look at and staff on hand to help with any queries. Nice touch that we were offered a cup of tea/coffee whilst order was completed.
