having looked at different sites online and visiting many stores we found a bed in your Maidstone store which answered our critera at a reasonable price.The important point was on entering your assistant Barry Stoddart ask did we want help and we responded we just wanted to look around. He left us to wander without any pressure. When we found queries we called him and he answered all our queries, and pointed out alternative ideas He obviously knew all aspects of your business. There was no hard sell. Upon our decision he took us through all formalities. We finalised what we wanted and we went away very happy with our purchase and delivery date. Bed now delivered on time the men were very helpful. Well done to all

Neriman immediately greeted us with a smile & showed us to the lift as my mother in law has a walking stick. We had intentions of buying a different bed but with only few 4ft beds we had to change our minds. Neriman gently explained the benefits of considering other options without being 'obviously salesy'. We want delivery for the 26th June & although planned for 7th July, she will try & bring forward. the overall experience was so easy, relaxing & we had several laughs.

Clifton really took time to explain everything and make sure the bed was suitable for us. He also stayed nearly an hour after closing to finish our order.

Sales assistant had good knowledge of products had time to make sure we selected best product for our needs. She could not have been more helpful.
