Friendly efficient staff, knowledgable of products able to offer alternatives

The assistant was a true salesman. He had an in-depth knowledge of the product, listened to our requirements, and went out of his way to offer assistance. He re-arranged stock in the store so that we could see the products in the best possible light. Nothing was too much trouble and he explained things so well.

The sales assistant Neriman was very polite and helpful without being pushy. She knew the products and allowed us to try different beds and pillows giving us as long as needed to make a decision. She provided a very nice cup of tea, which was totally unexpected but very welcome. All in all very satisfied. Delivery of the bed is due in a couple of weeks which is reasonable.

The service was friendly and quick and the team were very knowledgable.

Cliff the dreams assistant was very helpful and seemed very informed about all the products, from just popping in for a look we ended up leaving having ordered a mattress for our super king bed.

Served by Clifton who was fabulous, what he doesn't know about beds/mattresses is not worth knowing - felt very reassured with my purchase. The best thing with the Tempur is the 40 night exchange which even if we have made a wrong move we can swop, can't wait to take delivery - thanks Dreams.
