Dreams - Maidstone

On entering the store I was not harassed by sales staff and felt free to brows in my own time. when I decided I needed some help the Sales assistant Barret was available to advise me. He was Knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining about the products and assessing my needs. At no point did I feel pressured by him and I was able to make up my own mind as to what I wanted and not what he wanted to sell me. Cliff who handled the purchase of the bed by sorting out the finance side was also very helpful. I was offered tea/coffee which I declined but was a nice gesture.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Listened to my requirements and showed me all the available products which may have been suited to my needs. Did not rush me nor push me into making my purchases. Explained the extra insurance/guarantee policy. Made me a cup of tea whilst the order was being placed.

Your sals man was very good in explaining every thing to us and he was very nice and perlit thank you

The sales assistant James was friendly and helpful and asked what I was looking for. He then showed me/got me to try a couple of beds fitting my requirements. He was knowledgable and I bought a mattress. I had been to several bed stores before my visit to Dreams and Dreams was by far the best store, and I ended up buying my mattress there and then.

We were given very good advice considering our individual needs. We were looking for a new mattress and because of specific medical conditions were highly appreciative of the advice we were given in guiding us to the appropriate product for us.

We were greeted with a lovely lady, who gave us information and then left us to have a look around and was there when we needed her and didn't once pester us.

We were seen to by richard, we found him very friendly and accommodating. He exceeded our needs and made our trip pleasant. we will defiantly buy from here again.

The salesman was very knowledgable concerning bio mechanics , there was a good deal on tempur in the store at the time ,cheaper than John Lewis we were offered free delivery and removal of our old mattress , we were very satisfied all round
