Richard was very helpful & showed us a variety of bed sizes which on our own we would not have considered, he was not pushy just of great assistance. Would recommend.

Excellent customer service by Richard with brilliant product knowledge. Pete and mark delivered item they were very respectful of our property removing there shoes and very helpful with removing old mattress and placing new one on bed frame

Richard was very good to advise to our needs, also lets us view on our own and not follow us around. Also when we went back to the store after a cupa , your other colleagues asked if we need help, we said we are waiting to speak to Richard and good on them they did not pester to speak to them.

The sales assistant allowed us to look around first before approaching us. He was attentive to our needs and identified sizes and ranges of TV beds and gave a fair and unbiased set of information relating to the beds. He then reviewed mattresses with us and enabled us to test the mattresses. The assistant showed the technology's and structure of the mattresses to again provide us with all information.

The store assistant "Cliff" was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, specifically of how and why back pain occurs because of incorrect support during sleep and symptoms of using an incorrect mattress. He correctly analysed our likely problems from using our existing bed and was able to give informative information as to why we were not getting a good nights sleep. He demonstrated how our new bed would benefit us and we are eagerly awaiting delivery. Thank You.
