The staff were very helpful and clean and the store was clean and we were told about all the products which we were asking about

Salesman (cliff) went above and beyond to ensure that we purchaced the bed that was suited to us the best. As we were undecided he spent as much time as we needed to decide. This was later discovered to be after closing hours. He didplayed exceptional knowledge of the products and filled us with the confidence to purchase such a vital item.

I was given friendly advice by a sales assistant that was not pushy. She offered me 0% finance and managed to reduce my deposit so I could afford to buy the bed before pay day.

There was a good choice of beds over a large price rang. The help and advice from the salesman was excellent

I found the service that I got from Neriman very helpful and it was a pleasure to do business with someone like that her knowledge was extensive and is a real plus to your store..

The sales representative was excellent. He explained the new colour coding system and then offered advise on which beds/mattresses to try, based on our bad backs. He also took the time to explain the technology behind the mattresses and helped us to assess our sleeping postures and pillow placement.

Richard and Neriman were very helpful throughout the whole process when I was purchasing my bed.

we found a large selection of beds all meeting our requirements and were then unsure which to choose from. Eventually we chose an ex show room half price bed which could be delivered exactly when we needed it. What more can I say?
