We went into Maidstone Dreams store and was wanting to replace our old mattress and spent some time with Richard who helped us and advised us on bed designs and styles and when we had decided on a mattress he promtly sat us down and got the whole process ordered in the space of around 15 minutes. We are expecting our mattress to arrive this coming week and are looking forward to our first nights sleep.

We explained what our needs were and very quickly Richard took us to the products which most suited our needs. He also explained a variety of issues and even arranged to switch a mattress with a base in order that we could try a combination that was not available in the store

Staff were very attentive and knowledgeable but also gave us lots of time to peruse the products without pressurising us.

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all.

The store manager Barret was incredibly helpful and seemed determined to give us the best deal possible and best value for money and was very knowledgeable about all the products in store

Neriman assisted us immediately when we entered the store. Since we were a bit unsure of what we were looking for she took the time to show us various options available to us. She was friendly helpful and professional throughout the time we spent in store.
