The help we were given on choosing the mattress we bought was extremely useful, the dreams colleague Barret stoddard was exceptionally good at his job and was very polite and friendly.

The assistant listened to our needs, accommodated our price range, explained the various types of mattress and was very friendly and helpful.

Cliff our salesman was highly knowledgeable, not pushy just very factual, explaining what all the beds were made of layer by layer, level of support, spinal support tests etc Cliff is an asset to the store and the company, there were two other people in the shop who I believe were management, who did not know as much as him , as they were interrupting him to ask him questions to be able to answer other customers.
