Very helpful service, not pushy, had a very good knowledge of mattresses and listened to what we wanted and worked around that. Didn't try to sell us the very expensive beds but try to offer what price range and style that we wanted.

We visited the Maidstone store, Unit 5 London road retail park on 10th Oct. We were in the store approximately 3 minutes when we were approached by Natalie, who took on board what we wanted and advised accordingly. She was open, friendly, but at the same time courteous and professional, and never tried to hard sell a product. We left the store with the type of product that we wanted and are currently waiting delivery. Natalie was a fine example of customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and we left the store feeling well satisfied with our purchase. We have nothing but praise for Natalie. If you have a reward scheme, she should be considered.

Cliff was very helpful and knowledgeable on his product. Overall, very impressed and happy with the turnaround on my bed given that I have moved into a new apartment. All round a good service.

Minimum time spent in store and walked away with exactly what we were after. Delighted with our purchase!

We came in for pillows and were greeted by Cliff. He was smiling friendly and full of knowledge with a good sense of humour. Cliff asked plenty of questions to find out what we needed. Pillows turned in to mattress and cover as well. He is a persuasive sales man but not at any time was he pushy. Keep up the good work Cliff
