Dreams - Maidstone

As we entered the store in Maidstone we were greeted by a very polite gentleman by the name of Cliff. 'Welcome to Dreams' and smiled. Was really lovely to be greeted in such a positive way. The store was extemley clean, well laid out and spacious. It also smelt great to! We were approached after browsing for a few minutes but in such a lovely manner. Not aggressive in any way and genuinely interested in what he could do to help. I suffer with a disability of the spine and Cliff was very keen to understand what it was I needed for a great nights sleep. All options discussed but also explained the benefits to our health with Tempur who they were, how it was made etc It was an exemplary example and refreshing of listening to soneone who really knew his products well and genuinely took an interest in my well being and needs. Could not fault anything. Was delighted but the bed the staff and service which was seemed from start to finish and so easy. We were dreading having to find 'our perfect' bed. Thank you for making this shopping experience a positive one Cliff. Great customer service.

We came into Dreams only to browse but ended up buying! We had previously bought a bed from dreams in April 2015 but hadn't got around to buying a new mattress. Neriman at the Maidstone store helped us with our purchase, she had helped us with our previous bed purchase and remembered us from before. This made us feel at ease because she did such a good job with our bed we knew we were in good hands. The fact that she could offer us 10 months 0% finance made us purchase that same day. Fantastic customer service.

very friendly service, did not feel being given the hard sell approach and seemed to have very fast IT links for delivery and availability as well the flexibility to change delivery dates with it all being available on screen

The lady that served us was so friendly and had a brilliant humour about her! She was extremely helpful! We were slightly fussy as we were spending a great deal of money, and she sailed through outlet questions and concerns!

FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED INTO THE STORE WE FOUND THE SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING US TO PURCHASE OUR NEW BED,NO PRESSURE TO BUY JUST PUT US AT EASE WITH OUR SELECTION OF BED,REALLY GOOD SERVICE.

The lady who assisted us was extremely helpful at advising us on our mattress of which we only planned to purchase. After noticing the television beds, our assistant spent a lot of time explaining how they work, pricing structures and the different types and varieties available. We instantly fell in love with it and the assistant helped us choose the right pillow along with duvet and sheets. My first experience with dreams. Fantastic.
