The salesman Cliff was great in taking time to explain things and help us with questions, didn't feel pushed or pressured and learned a thing or two as well about sleeping patterns.

All staff members were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Made our shop very easy and pleasant for us.

The staff at all levels wears helpful, friendly and had a good understanding of the products they were selling

The showroom was well set out and clearly displayed and described the items on sale. In addition the assistance given by the salesman enabled my wife and I to make our decision and also purchase additional bedding

Had visited a number of stores the day before and the attention given by Neriman was extremely impressive even though she knew we were not purchasing on the day. Although we found similar products around the same pricing, it was the prior days service that one the business for Dreams. Having returned the next day, Neriman continued to provide guidance to the same high standard.
