Everything was clearly labeled ,and we were able to find exactly what we wanted.The colleague Cliff was very helpful and knowledgeable answering all our questions clearly.We felt very comfortable during the whole experience.

I visited the store just to look for a cheap bed for the spare room and found the staff were immediately helpful and very polite and courteous but were not pushy. I was very impressed with the time the salesman, Cliff, took to listen to my needs and to explain, in detail, the benefits of the product I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and this lead me to purchase a much more expensive item and accessories.

We found Richard very helpful and we came back twice after speaking to Him to measure our bedroom properly after he had written down the measurements of the furniture for us. We did not feel under any pressure.

The member of staff who assisted us was extremely helpful and had a very high level of knowledge about the products. He also explained his knowledge in an easy to understand mannor which led to us purchasing an item on the spot.

Cliff greeted us on our arrival and explained about the different types of mattress in stock ,offered us some refreshment then left us to look round in our own time ,when we found what we wanted he came and made sure it was the right one for us .then placed our order ,gave us a delivery date .Very pleased with the high standard of customer service.

Was asked would I like any help but given time to shop X when help was required' I was given information I need - delivery time is a week

I found the staff member who was a gentleman called Cliff to have a very existence knowledge of all the products and was easy to talk to.

We were satisfied with experience very quick when purchasing and delievery speed time is great.All staff approachable thankyou
