Costumer service was very good. Richard gave us just the right amount of time to view the products before approaching us and after showing us the products gave us time to try them out before offering further advise .

The store manager has good knowledge of your products, very welcoming, with smiles that will make you not want to leave without buying from him, he was very patient to explain and answer all of my questions and there was never a dull moment while I was there shopping.

The sales assistant was very helpful and was well informed about all the beds we looked and asked about. she was not pushy but not far away when you need a question answered.

We arrived in the store and although there were sales staff present who greeted us we were left alone to have a look rather than being hassled or pressured. We had time to consider before being offered advice. When the staff did approach he was friendly and helpful, I felt he had good knowledge of the products and offered a personal perspective on the beds and mattresses. He spoke with both myself and my husband, I find some sales staff often focus on one person alone and it was much appreciated that he treated us both as important. He then left us alone to have a conversation and come to our own conclusions. The purchase phase was simple and remained friendly, we left the store pleased we had gone in and satisfied with our new bed.
