The guy I saw at the Maidstone/Aylesford beach couldn't have been more helpful. He went put of his way to find the mattress for my daughter at a warehouse and was so polite and friendly the whole time. We are very happy with the product, service and price we paid. Thanks

the sales lady neriman was helpful and advised on the mattress benifits showed us the correct bed frames and when we let it be known that we didn't want a divan base she showed us the slatted frames and advised on the sprung slats at the point of sale she arranged removal and also offered putting together of bed frame she also sorted and advised on temper pillows moving round the store showing differences between models. overall we could not have had better service thankyo

From start to finish the staff in the store were very helpful and the men making the bed Craig and Damian were very courteous and did a brilliant job putting the bed together and explaining bits and bobs.

Happy with bed

This is the second time we have bought a bed from Dreams in Maidstone within the last year. The male assistant was excellent on both occasions; having time for us, explaining all our choices clearly; and having excellent knowledge of the products. We just wish we could remember his name. There are lots of products to choose from and all necessary accessories too. Quality is good and order and delivery system efficient. If things remain so we would not hesitate to shop there again and have already recommended others.
