While we were browsing the bed section we were approached by the Store colleague who offered very professional advice without any sales pressure whatsoever. In addition to the bed that we purchased, we asked about bedroom furniture and, while the stores stock of furniture is not extensive, your store colleague still assisted by locating a similar unit that was not on display to allow us to make a decision to purchase.

the sales assistant who served us was knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble for him.

The items purchased were exactly of the type and colour that we had been looking for all week. I had preconceived idea that DREAMS were very expensive hence the delay in leaving my visit to dreams until last. I was very surprised. I was eligible for the 3 for 2 offer and since I purchased 6 items I got two free.i expected to get the two cheapest items free but this was not so and instead of getting £398.00 off I actually received £678.00 which was a very pleasant surprise. Would recommend dreams to all my friends and family.

the assistant was very happy and explained each aspect of the product fully, he spent a long period of time with us helping us choose the right mattress and bed for us; taking the time to preform essential tests for maximum comfort. Would definitely recommend this branch to friends and family.

Excellent service, good knowledge of products took time to find out our requirements and then allowed us to browse for ourselves without being pushy. The price was also very good compared to similar products elsewhere.

Tempur mattress best price around friendly staff with excellent product knowledge were'nt pushy allowed us time to come to the Wright decision .. Brought our last bed 15 years ago from Dreams ... So naturally had to come back

Our Assistant, Neriman, was very helpful and friendly. She knew where everything was in store for all the different mattress ranges. The store was quite busy and the only downside I would say was computer terminals to place orders etc were at a premium, not enough for the amount of customers in store at that time. This was a return visit for us, purchasing our previous bed from Dreams, and we would certainly use again.
