The ease from start to finish was fast very help full and above all at no did we feel pushed into a sale, which in today`s sales driven market would have put us off from the start. Neriman was most help full and professional in understanding and completing the sale, a credit to your company

This was our first visit to Dreams which resulted in the purchase of a Langley Mattress. We received a warm welcome when entering the London Road Maidstone Store and was immediately introduced to a sales assistant Richard who was both polite and knowledgeable of the products without pressure to buy.

Friendly and efficient staff, plenty of choice. All our questions were answered politely and informatively. Details of choices of matresses were explained in detail and with the help of staff we found our perfect bed. The staff also offered matching colour schemes to the bed base so that everything was co ordinated, something we had never been offered from other suppliers. Left the shop feeling very satisfied.

The sales assistant (Angela) was highly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, explained the pros and cons of each mattress in order to find us the right Divan, mattress, quilt, pillows, etc, the process was a pleasant and an easy experience, more than we expected, please thank Angela for us.

We thought the assistant Angela was most efficient in her job and knowledge .Made us feel relax and no pressure in purchasing also cup of coffee went down well .

We knew what we were looking for and so were able to choose, purchase and arrange delivery easily. Excellent service from Dreams staff.

Laura was excellent, asked if we needed help, we said we were just looking. Laura then saw we very having difficulty deciding, without being pushy again offered her help. Laura was great the correct balance of assistance, she was polite and knowledgable. The store is well layed out with space to see everything, and plenty to see. Also very neat and tidy which makes you feel welcome, and relaxed. I cannot stand a cluttered shop. Definitely recommend a visit.

Dreams was the last of several bed outlets that we visited in the Maidstone area. We required two single divan type beds for our bedroom. We were quickly approached by an assistant (Angela), who quickly assessed our needs/requirements and showed us what was available together with detailed information on the various products together with prices. With her advice and assistance, we were quickly able to decide on the product that was most suitable for us (two Orchard single Divans with mattresses) complete the necessary purchase order and pay for these items. Excellent service all round and a thoroughly enjoyable 'shopping experience' (if such a thing is possible nowadays !!!!!)

We were meet almost immediately by a very smiley red haired lady (just had a baby) I think her name was Angela. And instantly she listened to our needs and provided all the relevant information and was very knowledgable and friendly.
