Every thing was explained in full about goods bought.

Great service and advice with time to wander round the store and try beds. All of our questions were answered clearly, by a salesman more interested with helping us make an informed and correct choice, than just pushing for a big ticket sale. We bought a new mattress today, we will be back for our dream bed soon.

Excellent customer service

I had researched the product I wanted and had noted the manufacturer and product name. On entering the store a friendly assistant asked if he could help and after explaining my requirement, he passed me to another assistant who showed me to the mattress I liked. She then took me to a separate area and completed the order form. On completion of document I was given a bag in which to put my old mattress and now await a delivery date. Overall a very efficient and stress free experience.

Neriman was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient (while we laid on lots of beds!) and not at all pushy - a credit to your company.

It was brilliant! From the moment we walked in and began looking a gentleman called Cliff approached us very politely and helped us with any questions we had, he spent nearly two hours listening and helping us with our requirements and helped us make a good decision. He explained clearly the different mattresses and which ones would be better for us and why, he gave us plenty of time to choose without being pushy. That sale was very quick and straightforward and has found us a quick delivery date. We are extremely happy with our experience and could not thank Cliff enough.
