Staff were attentive and were able to answer all our questions fully. Made to feel very relaxed and did not feel under any pressure to purchase (i.e. No hard sell)

Friendly service. Staff not pushy and tried had to answer all questions truthfully. Assistant had a sense of humour.

I was highly satisfied with the level of competence that your staff have I didn't really know what mattresses I wanted and They took the time to find the right type of mattress i needed I am very satisfied with my visit and the price I paid for the mattresses thank you very much

The Salesman was extremely knowledgeable, took time to explain the different products but did not come over as 'pushy' or overbearing. He gave me time to try the different mattresses in my own time whilst being on hand to give further advice if I wanted it, and took my order when I was ready to make it.

Laura was very helpful and courteous.
