We first went to look into getting a new bed we spoke to Cliff who spent a long time explaining about beds we were so impressed with his understanding of our needs and his approach to us was exemplary we left store with idea in mind of what we wanted. Two weeks later we came back he remembered us and was happy to discuss everything with us I feel he was a ferry reassuring person who I trusted and he made me feel completely at ease we have now purchased two temper beds and can't wait till they are delivered. Neriman was most helpful we were a little confused by not being able to use the Defence discount and she made some calls and explained the reasons why it could not be used

Laura was really helpfull and I was even offered a cup of tea or coffee by a colleague I have never had that in any store I been in before very pleased with service

The sales assistant was very helpful. Friendly and chatty. Definitely had a sense of humour and was easy to talk to. Hadn't got a clue about choosing a new bed and he seemed very knowledgeable about it all. So made it a more enjoyable experience experience as I felt a bit strange laying down on various beds in the shop.

On our first visit we did not really know what we were looking for but Cliff very quickly helped us by explaining about the different mattresses. He was extremely knowledgable and polite and nothing was too much trouble, we returned to purchase a couple of days later but Cliff was not there but was helped out by Barret who was just as good. We were extremely satisfied with the service that we received and thus ended up spending nearly £2000.

I achieved my objective to purchase a new Tempur mattress and bed and other items in a streamlined way, being guided by and questions answered by Laura.

Cliff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and even stayed late after closing time to complete the sale. I was very pleased with the demonstrations provided and the overall exceptional customer service.

I have bought a few beds from dreams in maidstone and have always found them very good. On this occasion the assistant Mr Cliff Turks was very knowledgeable regarding my sons need, and spent a lot of time explaining how the matress would benefit him. We were given lots of information so we could make an informed choice. The man who helped us was extremely friendly and pleasant to chat with and we did not feel under any pressure time wise or in any other way. The store was quiet which was a bonus and we tried lots of mattresses and the Tempur pillows as well.

We needed a bed that my husband could get in and out of with eas and to sit up as he is not very mobile, we were shown a choice of adjustable beds by Richard who was very helpful and understanding.
