We were looking for a sofa bed. We were shown two sofa beds and the one we liked we were given a demonstration of how to open it up to a bed. We also got a discount on it.

I first went in a few days before the purchase and was greeted by the assistant manager at the Maidstone store who was not very helpful and did not really know his product. I knew the bed I wanted but just wanted to double check. I am an ex forces member so I wanted to choose dreams as I get 10% off which is great. A couple of days later I brought my other half in to confirm it is also the bed she wants. We were met by Cliff who came over to the Tempur section. He was really friendly and knew his product inside out. VERY VERY helpful man who went through absolutely everything about the benefits of Tempur as I myself suffer from a bad back. Why this man is not Branch or even Regional Manager is beyond me!! Could not rate him high enough. As I forgot my forces card we came back the following day and made the purchase with Cliff. We are expecting delivery on 1st March

Cliff at Maidstone Dreams was most helpful. He took the time to explain what was needed and I did not feel at any time this was a sales pitch but to ensure both myself and my daughter purchased the correct bed and mattress

The knowledge of your salesman about the product, Cliff, was quite unexpected. I felt that I had been iven all the information that I needed plus the opportunity try the mattresses. After the visit I felt confident that this product was for me.

I explained my needs and was shown several options then given the opportunity to try and choose. I was given assistance to try and get my order delivered sooner than normal because of my circumstances.

Richard spent the time with me to find a bed that was most likely to be the best for me. He listened to my needs, given my medical issues, and to the issues I've have with my previous beds. He was competent and friendly. When I came back to the store when I was ready to order, he remembered me and what I'd decided on ... even though it had been a couple of months since I'd made my initial enquires. I was short on time, and the staff really expedited the order process so I was not late for an appointment.

Highly satisfied because the staff were very friendly, the service was quick, the salesperson (Chris) was very knowledgeable without being too confusing, and he managed to get us a reasonable discount for our goods. He seemed genuinely keen to help us out which is very rare these days.

Staff member was very knowledgable of the product we were interested in. Actually told us the more expensive product would be unsuitable for us.
